Deborah Bagnuolo holds a BA in Psychology, with minors in Animal Science and Biology, from Rutgers University and a MBA from Georgian Court University. Her mother would probably say she started in the industry as a child because she loved to play with make-up at a young age. While she did not know about this industry or how to get involved in it, she gradually founder her way in with the advice of wonderful mentors. She has been in the industry officially for over 20 years, having started her career with Firmenich in the Consumer Research Department as an Analyst. While at Firmenich, she transitioned into Sales roles in both the fragrance and flavor divisions. She has also worked in Sales positions, most notably with Flavor & Fragrance Specialties (Lucta) and IMCD (L.V. Lomas). 

Currently, Deborah serves as a Key Account Manager with NAGASE Specialty Materials NA LLC. Nagase is known as a hybrid type of company with distribution and manufacturing capabilities. She is a proud member of the SCC and attends various chapter meetings in the Northeast and Southeast. She feels very blessed to work in this industry and feels the best part is all the people she has friended over the years. Deborah encourages everyone to reach out to her as she always welcomes new

friends.

She resides in NJ with her husband and two little girls. Their family includes two rescued kittens and a senior cat. She ran her first half marathon this past fall, loves to garden, bake, and spending time in nature.
